Olympic Training Series Kickoff

Purpose: I designed an engaging video to get call center advisors excited about an Olympic-themed training series, running concurrently with the real Olympics. Teams would compete in call center challenges to enhance their knowledge and skills. This video was specifically created to build anticipation for the upcoming event. I created the olympic theme, handled the storyboarding, video creation, and collaborated closely with the training facilitator to ensure alignment with the training goals.

The video highlighted the culmination of the team's efforts while tying in the spirit of the real Olympics happening at the same time. Who knows, maybe even Snoop Dogg makes an appearance! Cyber Security eLearning Video

Purpose: I created a video for a cybersecurity eLearning course focused on the Scatter Spider group's attack on MGM and other Las Vegas casinos. The video was designed to provide real-world context and deepen learners' understanding of the material. By showcasing a high-profile cyber attack on a major company like MGM, I aimed to illustrate that no organization is immune to cybersecurity threats. The video was seamlessly integrated into the course to help learners connect theoretical concepts to practical, real-world applications

Introduction to Sadness

Purpose: I created an intro video for an eLearning project focused on dealing with emotional customers exhibiting sadness. This video introduces the three main categories—sad, crying, and inconsolable. To effectively convey the emotional weight of the topic, I carefully selected sad music and reflective video assets, establishing an empathetic atmosphere for the learners.
